ADM Construction - Garage Conversions

For many years we have converted our Clients wasted spaces or rooms like garages and out houses into useful places around the home.

Many an old coalhouse and out house we have turned into downstairs, Bathrooms and utility rooms.

Most garages are big enough to become two rooms.

Recently we had an enquiry to turn a garage into a photo studio. We await the outcome of our quotation.

Last year we developed an old garage into a full working utility room with boarded out and working loft space. The remaining part became an everyday used office with access from three points.

This also led us to opening up the party wall into the dinning area. All finished off in solid oak hand made doors.

This also provided ADM the oppertunity of supplying a complete refit of the client’s kitchen.

The full redecoration to their interior of the house and also the full redecoration of their exterior.

During which time we again became very good friends.
