A full Company Health & Safety Policy is operated by ADM Construction
ADM Construction Contractors recognises its responsibilities, to its employees and others who may be affected, under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 etc, and all other relevant safety legislations.
ADM provides all information, training, supervision, plant and equipment as necessary to identify, eliminate or control hazards and risks at the workplace. Any employee who supervises the use of work equipment will have received health and safety training, including working methods, risks and precautions when using the work equipment.
All employees and subcontractors are expected to co-operate with ADM in carrying out the Policy and must ensure their own work, so far as reasonably possible, is carried out without risk to themselves or others. The management and staff of the company monitor the operation of the Policy.
Our Health and Safety Policy is reviewed on an annual basis to reflect any changes in legislation.
A Company Environmental Policy is operated by ADM Construction.
ADM Construction Contractors place a high priority on environmental affairs with regard to Company operations and the range of services offered to clients. ADM operates a policy of effecting continual improvement and change in accordance with developing knowledge and changing environmental requirements. ADMs staff are aware of the environmental sensitivity of the business sector which the Company operates, and seek to continually develop Company environmental compliance.
The Company’s continued environmental responsibility is judged by its ever widening client base and the Public in general, while being driven enthusiastically by the Director and through the management structure.
